At Erina Kindergarten, we believe that strong relationships are at the heart of quality early childhood education. Our educators and leadership team are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Today, we are proud to introduce Kelly, our Assistant Director, who has been an important part of the Erina Kindergarten community for almost 10 years.

With 25 years of experience in the early childhood education sector, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to her role. Her commitment to children, families, educators, and the local community continues to make a positive impact every day.

A Passion for Family Partnerships

For Kelly, building meaningful relationships with families is one of the most rewarding parts of working in early childhood education.

She believes that families play an important role in a child's learning journey, and creating strong partnerships between educators and families helps children feel supported both at kindergarten and at home.

By taking the time to listen, communicate, and understand each family's unique needs, Kelly helps create a welcoming environment where families feel connected and involved.

Supporting Educators and Growing Together

As Assistant Director, Kelly is passionate about mentoring educators and supporting the professional growth of the Erina Kindergarten team.

With many years of experience in the industry, she enjoys sharing her knowledge, encouraging teamwork, and helping educators continue developing their skills.

Kelly believes that when educators feel supported and valued, they are able to provide even more meaningful experiences for children.

Connecting with Our Local Community

Community connection is another important part of Kelly's role.

She enjoys building relationships with local families and creating opportunities for Erina Kindergarten to be part of the wider community.

By developing strong community connections, children have opportunities to learn about the world around them and develop a sense of belonging.

A Supportive Learning Environment at Erina Kindergarten

Kelly is proud of the learning environment we have created at Erina Kindergarten.

With spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a dedicated team of educators, and a wide range of learning experiences, our centre provides children with opportunities to explore, discover, and develop important skills through play and meaningful interactions.

As one of the largest early learning centres in New South Wales, Erina Kindergarten continues to focus on creating a high-quality early learning experience where every child is recognised as an individual.

Welcoming New Families to Erina Kindergarten

For Kelly, one of the most special parts of her role is welcoming new families and helping them begin their journey with Erina Kindergarten.

Choosing an early learning centre is an important decision for families, and our team is always happy to answer questions, share information, and provide a personalised tour of our facilities.

If you would like to learn more about Erina Kindergarten and experience our learning environment firsthand, Kelly and our team would love to welcome you for a visit.
