At Erina Kindergarten, we are proud to provide a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging and are supported to grow, learn, and thrive.
Our Centre Director, Mel, has been part of Erina Kindergarten for 15 years. Her passion for early childhood education is reflected in everything we do—from leading and supporting our dedicated team of educators, to building meaningful relationships with children and families, and working closely with our broader management team to ensure high-quality outcomes for every child.
A key part of our philosophy is connection—connection to people, community, and the natural world. We love engaging with our local community through excursions and shared experiences, helping children explore and understand the world beyond the classroom.
Nature and sustainability are also at the heart of our program. Our garden provides endless opportunities for hands-on learning, where children can plant, observe, discover, and care for the environment. These experiences encourage curiosity, responsibility, and respect for the world around them.
We are proud to be an Exceeding-rated service, reflecting our commitment to high-quality education and care in every aspect of our centre. Our team works collaboratively each day to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where children are encouraged to explore their interests and develop confidence.
