Mother’s Day at Erina Kindergarten was a beautiful celebration filled with smiles, laughter, creativity, and special moments shared between children and their families.

Throughout the week, our educators carefully prepared a variety of meaningful experiences and activities to help the children celebrate the important people in their lives. From sensory rice play and Play-Doh experiences to planting activities, potpourri making, and creative arts, every activity was thoughtfully designed to encourage connection, creativity, and joyful learning.

One of the highlights of the celebration was seeing our families gather together on the field to enjoy the day alongside the children. Our educators also created a beautiful family collage using the wonderful photos sent in by families, making the space feel even more personal and meaningful.

The children especially loved the face painting experience by Miss Cici, where colourful designs and happy smiles could be seen throughout the preschool area. We also had a special photo booth created collaboratively by each room, featuring handmade decorations, signs, and special creations made by the children themselves.

It was heartwarming to hear the children talk about why they love their mums. One child simply said, “Because I love her,” while another shared how much they enjoy feeding fish together with their mum. These simple conversations reminded us how meaningful everyday moments can be for children and families.

A special thank you to all of our families for celebrating with us and to everyone who contributed photos and memories to make the event so special. We also thank our educators for the care, creativity, and effort they put into creating such a memorable celebration for our community.

At Erina Kindergarten, we love creating opportunities for families and children to come together, celebrate important moments, and create lasting memories 💛
